• Note - Due to PCI Compliance regulations, all credit card information must be encrypted before emailing.
- When saving this Excel spreadsheet, always save it with a password.
- In Excel, choose File | Prepare | Encrypt Document and enter a password.
- Do not email this password with the spreadsheet. Instead, call 888.549.3151 extension 2 for our Support Line.
• Notes on the Templates:
- For each template, the top row has each field name, and the second row contains the field format & size.
- For example, 'Alpha 10' means 10 alphanumeric characters, and 'Integer' means a whole number like 12345.
- You can click on the field name or format to see help text for that field, including how to enter the data.
- The first 5000 rows or so have been formatted to only accept valid data, based on the field format & size.
- The first column contains a total count of the fields for that row whose data is too long.
- For example, a 5 character field that contains 'ABC123'.
- This total should always show as '0' (zero).
- Feel free to email us a draft once you get started, to make sure you are on the right path.
